Digital Biology / Python
This hands-on course gives an introduction to the Python programming language using Jupyter notebooks and stand-alone scripts. The course begins with lessons in Python syntax including basic data structures, loops, conditionals, and I/O. Then, writing functional Python code that parses standard sequence files and performs transcription and translation using built-in Python functions. Prompt Engineering
Prompt Engineering is a key AI skill. This course lays the groundwork for mastering the art of communicating with AI. Students collaborate with peers, mentors, and Stinger in a dynamic virtual AI environment. Through hands-on projects, students will apply their new

Generative AI Foundations
An introduction to the fundamentals of AI and the cutting-edge tech that is rapidly changing our world. Students will collaborate with each other, mentors, and Stinger in an online AI Lab. In the final project, they will build their own large language model using the skills and coding expertise they developed throughout the course. Qualifies for the Foundations of AI digital badge.
